Bicyclers can now safely monitor the angry SUV drivers preparing to ram them with the Cerevellum Rearview Monitor. Additionally, the units come with on-screen GPS, a heart monitor and 32mb of memory. The rearview monitor will cost approx. $200 when it hits the market in the near future.

I was reading up on Star Wars Galaxies, the MMORPG currently available on Sony’s portal, and found an interesting free online Star Wars game called Star Wars: Combine. It’s an online rpg simulation game similar to the old classics like “StarFlight”. It’s massive, it’s multi-player, and it’s free!
Some of the features include custom character building, ship customization, space and ground combat, an economic system and more than fifty character classes.

This is no flash hack game, this is a fully featured Star Wars online gaming experience and I highly suggest you check it out.

The Halcyon Company, which is developing the next movie in the “Terminator” franchise, has announced the start of a subsidiary company responsible for creating a video game to coincide with the release of the film in summer of 2009. Halcyon acquired the rights to the films earlier this year as well as the video game rights to several Philip K. Dick stories. According to the company, the game has been in development for several months now. A representative from Halcyon Games has even been on the set of the film since it began shooting in Budapest. Halcyon is confident that their game division won’t have any trouble finding distribution for the game.
Somehow I missed that “Terminator Salvation” is already being made. What kind of a title is that? Putting the words “Terminator” and “salvation” next to each other goes beyond the bounds of what the concept of oxymoron allows. And since we’ve seen 3 of these movies already, there’s no chance of the dramatic irony that the Terminator is going to show up and not be out to kill John Connor. That said, if this game is half-way decent, I’m going to be looking forward to seeing what they do with the Philip K. Dick video games. Dick’s ideas are hit or miss when it comes to films, but I think video games may be a more appropriate format for adapting the original material.
