The new incarnation of The Day the Earth Stood Still has a trailer online and I have to take offense to calling this movie The Day Earth Stood Still. It seems to little resemble the original movie, or the original story Farewell to the Master.

The sad part is that it might have been an interesting science fiction film if it hadn’t been saddled with the title of one of the single most iconic features in the genre. I do, however, applaud Keanu for being a part of so many films that without him might not have been made. For better or worse.
