Join Me at Lunacon 51

Lunacon 51 is less than a week away now.  I’ll be participating in lots of cool programming, so if you’re planning on attending the con, I hope you’ll drop by to some of my panels. 

On Friday at 5pm I will be moderating “Sexuality in Science Fiction and Fantasy” which will feature Ellen Kushner and Jacqueline Carey (who is the GoH).  Then at 6pm I will be participating in “Magical Societies in Fantasy.”  At 10pm I’ll be moderating “Sex Done Right” which is about writing sex in a way that’s relevant, hot and logistically valid and once again features Carey.

On Saturday at 10am (10am?  At a con?  I hope some people will get up early with me) I’ll be leading a workshop on using improv to improve your writing skills.   At noon I will be moderating “Blogging as a Promotional Tool.”  Then at 8pm I will be participating in the Broad Universe Rapid Fire Reading, probably reading an excerpt from the lesbian werewolf story I’m working on for an anthology Joselle Vanderhooft is editing.  Finally, at 9pm I’ll be moderating a panel on “Fandom as a Job.” 

Additionally, I am having a book autographing session at some point and will be in the dealer’s room with The Book of Harry Potter Trifles, Trivias and Particularities.
