Piggybacking on the lovely Shiromi’s post regarding Battlestar Galactica fan incentives, I found out that Monday, December 10th at Paramount from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. the Writers Guild of America would be hosting a day to honor Star Trek writers. Trek Today says that loads of former Trek writers and other affiliated folk (actors, directors, and production people) will be there. The Intergalactic Blues Band will provide some musical love and those working on Star Trek XI may be in attendance. Again, how I wish I could be in California… Also, as a Lost fan Ihave to say that it would definitely be cool to participate in the Pencils 2 Moguls raffle and win a personal phone call from writer-producers Lindelof and Cuse in which they answer your questions about the shows mysteries. There are all sorts of other wonderful prizes to nab, too, including signed copies of season 3 DVDs from the writing staff.
