I finally saw this one when I went to see the Golden Compass. I was disappointed that they didn’t play the song (Go Speed Racer!) What’s up with Emile Hirsch being everywhere all of a sudden? Maybe this one will shake my association of him with “The Girl Next Door.” Anyway, it does look a little overly-kinetic. That kind of sensory overload is why I couldn’t stand Moulin Rouge. However, the inimitable Christina Ricci will get me into the theater seat every time.
