Believe it or not, I don’t actually go to every HP con out there. I don’t even try, and I generally never even consider the ones abroad. But, Sectus 2009 is going to be in a Welsh castle. While the call for papers is up, submissions don’t open until October 2008. That said, this may be the Harry Potter event fans will plan their schedule around for at least a year if not more.
