When I mentioned Arisia earlier, it gave me a chance to notice that their artist guest of honor is Marrus. I knew Marrus when she lived in New York (she has since relocated to New Orleans) and have had the pleasure of seeing (and wearing) much of her work in person. Fanciful, erotic and definitely not like the work of other fantasy artists out there, her stuff is absolutely, positively worth checking out. Plus, she’s funny, charming and opinionated, making her a great con guest.
